This role will perform a variety of inside sales and administrative tasks in support of the sales team. These tasks will include but not be limited to; following up on leads, sourcing new sales opportunities, tracking customer inquiries, answering and returning phone calls, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel plans, and scheduling technical department demos. Additionally, the Inside Sales Coordinator will work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure that promotional materials are kept up to date, in addition to providing social media content. Duties and Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate territory sales managers for further development and closure. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Track customer inquiries and update sales, technical, and/or lab team on issues. Ensure that promotional materials have been updated and that they are distributed appropriately Coordinate scheduling and order promotional materials for conventions, site visits, etc. Provide information from the plant and sales team to the corporate marketing team, who will handle posting on social media. Assist with sales and technical department administrative tasks. Schedule meetings, coordinate demo days, and arrange travel details. Work within the CRM. Perform other support tasks as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field Administrative experience required. Inside sales experience preferred. HubSpot experience preferred. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office. Communication, organizational, and time management skills.
