Outside Sales Representative FloorTek of Alabama Birmingham, AL 35242 Job Overview Floortek Concrete Coatings is looking for driven, self-motivated sales professionals who thrive in a performance-based environment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver dynamic in-home presentations, and close high-ticket deals on the spot. We are a fast-growing brand in the booming home improvement industry, and we’re building a team of winners who want to control their income and career trajectory. We provide the leads – you close the deals. No cold calling. No door-knocking. Responsibilities Meet with pre-set appointments daily (leads provided by Floortek) Conduct professional in-home presentations (approx. 45 minutes) Educate homeowners about our premium floor coating systems One-call close: secure the sale the same day Update CRM notes and manage pipeline efficiently Hit or exceed monthly sales targets Requirements 2+ years of proven success in outside/in-home sales (Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Solar, Flooring, etc.) Strong closer with a One-Call Close mentality High energy, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills Self-driven and highly competitive — you love to win
