The position:

This is a 1099 Contract Outside Sales Representative position. You will be meeting customers in their homes two to three times a day on average, giving a presentation on the products they are reviewing, and helping them make a decision at the end. All appointments are made in house and sourced through company marketing. There is no lead generation required, no referral quotas to meet, no door knocking, no cold calling – just good, honest value presentation and assisting the customer in making a selection. Appointments are available up to seven days a week. $25.00 pay per completed appointment is offered, regardless of outcome, and commission is a 50/50 split on profit plus performance bonuses.

What is required:

You are honest, reliable, dependable and available now through mid August to run regular appointments in your sales area You have reliable transportation and a working smart phone You are available all weekends and weeknights You have had at least one commission based role, recent or past, in a high ticket sales environment selling direct to consumers You can attend a two and half day training prior to taking your first appointments You are comfortable and able to meet customers in their homes for pre-set, pre-qualified appointments Exceptional customer service is second nature for you Skills Ability to follow instructions and present on value Great listening and excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers Good presentation skills Ability to confirm your schedule and appointments daily Motivated and eager to serve and win A strong desire to achieve results by helping others Exceptional customer service Please note •this is not solar and not roofing and this is not insurance •. You will have the opportunity to sit with an average of two to three, company generated, company qualified customers who have asked to meet with you to review our products and, with your help, make the selection that is right for them. We have price points that meet all of our customers needs, and we need you to help our customers make the right decisions. Our outside sales reps average 40% closing rates and above, with average commissions per sale between $600 and $700 per deal, plus bonuses. Additionally, our outside sales receive $25.00 for each appointment completed, regardless of outcome. This is a great opportunity to make some great money before the end of summer, and if things work out, potentially return next year to do the same.
