Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through communication and relationship-building Conduct outbound sales efforts to generate quotes and close orders Travel occasionally for in-person client meetings, site visits, or overnight trips as required Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and gather market insights Support pricing of custom or specialty products in collaboration with management Document all sales activities and maintain detailed records of customer interactions Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation Handle returns, credits, and order modifications to resolve customer issues promptly
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree Minimum of two years of sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Publisher Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
