Full Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management Representatives/Inside Sales are responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand customer needs and expectations.

Reps are also responsible for:

Responding to customer order and quotation requests for multiple and varied accounts. Communicating and processing order requirements and requests to necessary internal team members. Provide product or service information to customers. Maintain and update customer records information regularly. Offer support and guidance on order processing and status. Maintain a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders. Process returns and credit inquiries. Our most successful Inside Sales/Project Management Representatives are successful because they: Learn all product lines and the scenarios for which specific products would be most appropriate. Use empathy to build relationships with customers and anticipate customer needs. Report to work every scheduled workday and give their best effort to do quality work and show pride in a job well done. Understand they need to be flexible to do whatever tasks need to be done to meet customer needs. Education and/or

The ideal candidate will be one who is organized, friendly, punctual, flexible, and thoroughly professional and have:

Experience:

Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in either Inside Sales, Customer Service or Project Management. Preference given to those who possess waterworks industry and product knowledge and can use this knowledge to meet or exceed customer expectations. Proven success in an inside sales position in which excellent verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills were necessary. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
