The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, direct sales efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the road construction and below road drain systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and executing strategies to meet sales targets. Duties Engage in direct sales activities to promote our products and services to potential clients. Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Manage assigned territories effectively, ensuring all potential clients are contacted and nurtured. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop tailored sales strategies. Utilize inside sales techniques to convert leads into customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the SalesForce CRM system. Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries effectively. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Requirements Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a construction equipment and attachment environment. Strong skills in lead generation and territory management. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively. Experience with cold calling and inside sales techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
