This is an in-home, consultative sales role focused on meeting with pre-qualified leads and helping homeowners make confident decisions about their roofing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage 15-20 qualified leads per week Conduct in-home sales presentations with pre-screened homeowners Build rapport quickly and educate clients on roofing options and benefits Present financing options and help homeowners navigate their choices Close deals with integrity and professionalism Maintain organized records of appointments, pipeline, and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in in-home retail sales (roofing, windows & doors, HVAC, remodeling, etc.) Strong track record of success in high-ticket, retail-specific sales Roofing experience is a plus, but not required Experience with financing is helpful Self-motivated, highly organized, and goal-driven Excellent communication and people skills
