Job Description

Key Account Management and Customer Service Excellence

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients such as the Japanese Fasteners company and local coil vendors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their requirements are met and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by providing quick responses and timely solutions to client issues or inquiries
  • Develop and maintain account-specific action plans to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business;Order and Delivery Management
  • Oversee the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of order details
  • Maintain up-to-date order records and manage any changes or adjustments to orders efficiently
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics or operations staff to ensure smooth delivery processes, addressing potential delays or issues proactively
  • Delivery Coordination
  • Ensure on-time delivery by collaborating with the supply chain or logistics staff and tracking shipments
  • Resolve any delivery-related problems by working directly with the client and internal teams;Market Trends Monitoring and Sales Analysis
  • Continuously track and analyze market trends in the steel industries, including price fluctuations, supply chain issues, and competitor activities
  • Report findings to management and provide insights for strategic decision-making
