Key Account Management and Customer Service Excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients such as the Japanese Fasteners company and local coil vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their requirements are met and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner
- Ensure high-quality customer service by providing quick responses and timely solutions to client issues or inquiries
- Develop and maintain account-specific action plans to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business;Order and Delivery Management
- Oversee the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of order details
- Maintain up-to-date order records and manage any changes or adjustments to orders efficiently
- Coordinate closely with the logistics or operations staff to ensure smooth delivery processes, addressing potential delays or issues proactively
- Delivery Coordination
- Ensure on-time delivery by collaborating with the supply chain or logistics staff and tracking shipments
