DOE What You’ll Be Doing:
Enter and manage vendor purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness Monitor inventory and order status, proactively flagging delays and coordinating updates Partner with production and purchasing teams to ensure on-time fulfillment Communicate lead times and delivery updates to the inside sales team using ERP tools Generate reports on inventory levels, order progress, and delivery trends Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments and suppliers What You’ll Need to
