Leadership development within the company is paramount in order to better serve our communities with positive impact. Duties Training will be provided in order to preform at a high level Engage with homeowners to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct property evaluations and highlight the features that need improving on their homes and why. Utilize territory sales strategies to effectively manage client relationships within assigned areas. Implement inside sales techniques to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales. Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM tools. Execute direct sales initiatives, including cold calling potential clients to generate interest. Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the home buying experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive traffic to model homes. Qualifications Not afraid of heights. Not afraid to build relationships with strangers. Have a positive attitude, with the willingness to learn. Experience in sales is not necessary, however is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
