Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming customer and salesperson phone inquiries Create and process all sales quotations and special price requests Enter and Process all sales orders on a daily basis Maintain customer order files and update on a routine basis Log orders and update sales reports daily Coordinate and receive signed acknowledgments from customers Review production schedules. Communicate all information to scheduling department Follow up on units that are on time for delivery. Prepare sales folder for invoicing & delivery Manage all completion paperwork on finished units Schedule and set up delivery Collections of accounts receivable on a routine basis Qualified Candidates should… Live in the Greater Birmingham. (or close proximity) Have 4 years’ relevant experience. – OR – A 4 year mix of advanced education + experience. Be proactive and self-motivated. Be able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
