Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, digital channels, and networking Communicate inspection results and prepare accurate project estimates and proposals Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, business owners, and project managers Guide clients through insurance claim processes when applicable Close deals and manage projects from contract to completion Maintain detailed records in CRM software Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and company events Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and high motivation to succeed Willingness to learn and be trained in roofing systems, construction, and sales techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter who is organized, responsible, and results-driven Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Comfortable working both in-person and in hybrid/remote environments
