Position Summary FireRock is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Development Representative to support day-to-day customer service and inside sales activities. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, maintaining consistent communication, and managing lead follow-up to keep the sales process moving. It’s a fast-paced position with high daily volume and a strong focus on execution. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and eager to take ownership of their work. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on technical specifications
  • Track and manage all inbound leads from initial contact through order close
  • Maintain records of communications, proposals, and order details in CRM
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Provide general customer service and sales operations support Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
  • Able to manage 50-75 customer and sales-related interactions per day
  • High attention to detail; confident interpreting measurements and project inputs
  • Familiarity with construction materials or technical sales preferred
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
