Now hiring a Territory Sales Representative for South Alabama and Northwest Florida. We are the nation’s largest resurfacing company for the multi-family housing industry. Our technicians provide refinishing services for countertops, bathtubs and we also have a large Millworks that provides cabinet refacing. We are seeking a motivated and results driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing in growing sales in your designated area being out in the field daily calling on apartment complexes and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and maintenance supervisors. We prefer prior experience in the Multi-Family industry but we are open to training proven top producers in the sales industry.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan or exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos
• Accurately forecast sales and maintain CRM records

• Qualification:

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in B2B or B2C sales preferably in our industry
• Strong Communication, negotiating skills and interpersonal skills
• Self Motivate, organized and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
