This will be a full commission-based position, I will provide the area to drive in, the notes that you would be putting on houses and a list of properties I want you to put the notes on. I’m working very closely with a cash buyer so we can move quick on these leads. You will make 40% of the assignment fee, if we assign for 10k, you make 4k, just for bringing the lead.
