Position Overview We’re hiring an Online Sales & Land Selection Consultant to help customers find the perfect property and guide them through the start of their homebuilding journey. This dual-role combines land sourcing and lead management , making it ideal for someone who is both strategic and service-driven. You’ll play a key role in evaluating land, responding to online inquiries, and nurturing sales leads from first contact through the initial sales process.
Note:
Initial training will take place in LaGrange, GA . After training, the permanent work location will be based in Opelika, AL . Key Responsibilities Land Acquisition & Client Support Identify and evaluate buildable lots in target areas Guide clients in land selection aligned with budget and build goals Research zoning, utilities, and permitting to determine viability Maintain an organized land inventory and share updates with the team Build relationships with realtors, landowners, and developers Educate and support clients throughout the land selection process Online Lead Management Respond promptly to web, phone, and email inquiries Qualify and convert leads into appointments Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate data in HubSpot CRM Collaborate with the sales team and realtor partners to ensure smooth handoffs ✅ What You Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a proactive follow-up approach Organized and detail-oriented Familiarity with sales, real estate, or new construction (preferred) CRM experience, ideally HubSpot Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation Real estate license in AL (preferred or willing to obtain) Knowledge of Alabama housing markets and local geography is a plus Team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits Base Salary +
