RV Sales Associate Bama RV Opelika, AL 36804 Bama RV is seeking a motivated and high-energy RV Sales Associate to join our team! In this commission-based role, you’ll have the opportunity to grow the business, help customers find their dream RV, and earn significant income based on your performance. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for RVs and sales, and who thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a top-notch, high-quality customer experience selling both new and used RVs. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of RVs. Work closely with the F&I team to close sales effectively and efficiently. Follow up with customers and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach to sales, building long-term relationships.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record (RV or automotive preferred). Previous CRM experience preferred. Must pass a drug test and background check. Basic computer skills for inventory review and customer data entry. Valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential. Successful team members can earn up to $150,000+ annually based on performance. Monthly Bonuses & Spiffs.
