Inside Sales Representative Robin Rents Equipment Athens, AL 35611 As an Inside Sales Representative at Robin Rents Equipment, you will provide service and support to internal and external customers. This is a pivotal role as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Therefore, professionalism is key in this high volume and fast paced environment. What you’ll do: Be the face of our fast growing company! Handle customers one on one to help find the solution to their rental and sales needs. Provide superior customer service driving sales and rental volume. Manage contracts through Point of Rental. Manage cash sales accurately. Log all call details and follow up on sales leads. Adhere to processes and call guidelines as applicable to the call type. Stay organized and consisted in a fast paced environment. Other duties assigned as needed by management.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years Customer Service Experience. Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Able to handle high volume tasks. Excellent time management and efficiency skills. Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail. Able to deal with conflict and respond professionally. Ability to work alongside others professionally and communicate effectively. Ability to learn about equipment and it’s applications. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45am-5pm and Saturday mornings from 6:45am-12pm
