Responsibilities:

Welcome customers to the dealership and assist. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Guide customers in selecting the perfect Audi for their needs. Explain vehicle features, technology, and dealership benefits. Conduct dealership tours for potential customers. Highlight available upgrades, accessories, and options. Build lasting relationships with customers. Overcome objections, close deals, and follow the sales process. Communicate daily with your sales manager about goals and progress. Maintain customer data in our CRM system. Uphold high customer satisfaction standards. Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable working in a commission-based environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid driver’s license. Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
