Job Description:
R4 Green Alabama, LLC is currently seekingmotivated, professional, and results-driven individuals to serve as Independent Contract Sales Representatives. This is a 1099 contractoropportunity with uncapped earning potential, ideal for individuals with prior door-to-door, residential, or commission-based sales experience. As a contractor, you will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing new residential accounts for our premium services including mosquito misting systems, pest control solutions, and seasonal holiday lighting.
Customer Engagement:
Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate new leads through door-to-door efforts. Clearly present and explain products and services to homeowners. Provide quotes and respond to objections in a timely and professional manner. Follow up with interested leads via phone, text, or email within 24 hours.
Sales Process:
Prepare and deliver proposals on-site using company-provided tools and pricing. Collect customer signatures and schedule service upon sale. Enter signed agreements and notes into CRM on the same day.
Retention & Re-engagement:
Re-canvass “just installed” streets within 7 days of a neighbor installation. Attempt a minimum of 7 follow-up touches per lead. Re-engage lost or canceled leads using approved promotions and comeback offers.
Standards & Compliance:
Dress in company-approved attire: khaki pants, closed-toe shoes, and branded shirt tucked in. Maintain 100% compliance with company SOPs, contract language, and pricing rules. Follow all municipal solicitation regulations and licensing requirements. Compensation Structure (Commission Only): 10% commission on system sale value (e.g., $4,000 system = $400 commission) 10% commission on monthly recurring service revenue for the first 12 months(e.g., $150/month = $180 over one year) Commissions are paid after payment is received and a signed agreement is on file There is no cap on earnings Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential or direct sales (door-to-door preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional appearance Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions Access to a reliable vehicle and smartphone Must adhere to all solicitation regulations and represent the brand with integrity
