  • Team Leader, you will lead a small sales team consisting of you and two Sales Assistants.

You are responsible for building relationships and becoming the dedicated travel expert for your clients. And of course, closing sales, exceeding sales targets, and growing a profitable book of business! I get an assistant!? Actually, you get two! Your Sales Assistants are responsible for your non-sales activities and can also help you in setting new sales appointments and assisting clients when you are not working. You get to focus on the fun stuff

  • booking cruises and other travel! As a Cruise Consultant
  • Team Leader you will: Use consultative sales skills to understand and provide a personalized recommendation. You become their dedicated travel planner
  • hopefully for all their future travel.

Use time management skills to book new website leads and inbound sales calls (No cold calling!). Follow up with our past guests to book new cruise and land vacations. Follow up with booked clients to add air, travel insurance, hotels, pre/post packages, shore excursions and more to their reservation. Utilize booking and search engines to research and develop a personalized recommendation. Meet and exceed team goals, including performance and activity levels. Use Salesforce to manage client relationships, track sales and tasks, communicate with clients through email, SMS and What’s App, and more. As a Cruise Consultant

Experience with CRM systems to document daily calls, tasks, and activity is required (Salesforce is a plus). Must be organized and self-motivated. A history of exceeding sales quotas
