You will be responsible for creating a lasting customer rapport and helping our clients select the best furnishings for their space. This position requires weekend availability and pays a base rate PLUS spiffs and bonuses!

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs Explain products and services to customers Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock Enter and process customer orders Investigate and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Work well independently as well as with a team Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills
