The primary goal is to secure commercial lawn maintenance contracts, offer customer support to help maintain good working relationships with clients, generate leads, report market trends, communicate customer needs and concerns with production management and ultimately increase revenue and profits for the company. Since this is the first time we’ve offered this position, we need someone that can build a sales plan, execute and see it through. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships in the market. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to promote our products and services. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or a related field, preferably in B2B environments. Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and commercial sales. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer relationships effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
