We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to book in-home appointments from qualified, pre-screened leads —no cold calling involved. This position is weekend-heavy , and prior outbound call center experience is required . You’ll be the bridge between our marketing efforts and sales success, helping homeowners connect with trusted service solutions. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and schedule appointments Occasionally handle inbound calls with professionalism and care Follow scripts and proven appointment-setting techniques Update and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems Resolve customer questions with clarity and a customer-first attitude Uphold high communication and service standards on every call Qualifications At least 1 year of outbound call center experience is required Excellent verbal communication skills (Spanish bilingual a plus) Appointment-setting or sales experience preferred Detail-oriented and proficient in CRM and basic computer systems Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing call targets Comfortable working Friday-Sunday (weekend availability is required) High school diploma or equivalent Why Join Us?
