What You’ll Be Doing Develop trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored pest and lawn solutions. Conduct strategic cross-selling initiatives for our Envirolawn, Enviropest, and Termite Solutions. Follow up with prospects and referrals—no opportunity is too small. Measure and analyze properties accurately to ensure service precision. Maintain contact with sold customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive insights, and service offerings. Manage your pipeline, complete sales reports, and support operational excellence. Represent Waynes with pride and professionalism in everything you do. What We’re Looking For A natural relationship-builder with strong verbal communication skills.
