This is a field-based role with a strong focus on door knocking and canvassing , ideal for someone who thrives on in-person interaction and building relationships from the ground up. You’ll be using tools like a CRM, CompanyCam, and other mobile apps to manage leads, document progress, and stay organized in the field. This role has strong growth potential, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position that includes a company truck, healthcare, 401(k), and other benefits . Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door sales and canvassing to identify and engage potential customers. Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in real time. Document properties, jobs, and site visits using CompanyCam and other field apps. Cold call and follow up with leads to generate new business. Maintain consistent communication with clients to build trust and close deals. Analyze territory data to identify high-potential areas for canvassing and outreach. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives. Present product and service offerings clearly and confidently during face-to-face meetings. Provide technical support and answer customer questions regarding products and services. Requirements Experience in sales, canvassing, or door-to-door outreach preferred. Comfortable with heavy door knocking and in-field canvassing . Proficiency with CRM systems and mobile field tools like CompanyCam . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to learn and grow into a full-time leadership role.
