Sales Consultant Superior Fence and Rail of Huntsville Huntsville, AL 35806 • Hybrid work Superior Fence & Rail of Huntsville is a fence industry leader that is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire. This is a 100% commission opportunity in which compensation is determined solely by the success of the individual Sales Consultant. No cold calling – leads are supplied through partnerships with a national home improvement chain and multiple home builders and general contractors. Massive sales advantage on competitors. Paid training for 6 weeks. Pay ranges from $55,000 to $120,000 per year. Laptop provided after the training period is completed. Vehicle and gas card provided between 30-90 days after the training period has been completed. The territory for this position is Huntsvilleand the surrounding area; so the candidate needs to live in this area. Job Responsibilities Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail’s structured selling process and complete required training Present and sell the features and benefits of Superior Fence & Rail products Continually prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals
Minimum Requirements:
2 – 3 years of prior outside sales experience with 1-2 years of in-home sales preferred College degree in a related field (preferred) Ability to work some weekends and evenings Pass drug screening and background investigation (no felony convictions) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Strong presentation and listening skills Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust from subordinates and supervisors Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude Quick learner that understands or has experience in the construction industry Basic computer skills and proficiency (preferably with Google G-Suite) Valid DL, clean driving record and reliable transportation
