Responsibilities Greet guest when they enter the store “Go the extra mile” to drive sales Stay up to date on new inventory Build lasting bonds with guest to get your name out there and bring in business Use your people skills to network inside and outside of the store Team up with co-workers to guarantee great customer service Get creative and suggest ways to improve sales Skills Exceptional attitude and confidence Proven work experience in Customer Service Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Basic Math skills Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Availability to work flexible shifts including evening hours and weekends a MUST High school diploma or equivalent
