    Summary
    Summary
    A sales support associate is a member of a company’s internal sales team, responsible for sales administration and support for field sales representatives.

Although they do not sell to customers, sales support associates work cooperatively with Operations and warehouse team, and play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy and efficiency of their work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
1. Daily contact with the Regional/Area Managers.
2. Correspond with the parent company and affiliates.
3. Support your accounts by providing stock and pricing information on a regular basis.
4. Process order requests via fax, E-mail, Web site and mail.
5. Maintain and follow up on orders and account information.
6. Visit accounts when necessary.
7. Responsible to learn customer website system.
8. Provide back-up support with in the Department/Territory.
9. Filing open and closed orders with all the necessary documents related to the order.
10. Liaison between all internal departments
11. Maintain customer part numbers in the system
12.

Create International shipping documents:

Commercial Invoice or copy of system original invoice.
13. Training new associates if required
14. Obtain forecast information from accounts on a regular basis
15. Receive incoming phone calls
16. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Bilingual 2. Prior Clerical or similar experience required
3. Resume required
Education and/or

Experience:

1. High School diploma.
2. College degree preferred.
3. Good computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Skill in solving techniques.
6. Minimum 2 years of prior customer service and account service work.
