Job Overview As a Sales Representative at EcoView Windows & Doors, you will guide homeowners through the decision-making process with impressive digital presentations, product demonstrations and in-home inspections and measurements that builds value and appeals to the homeowners needs. Your success will help grow EcoView at the local level, as well as the national level – helping homeowners everywhere save on rising energy cost and upgrade their curb appeal at an affordable price. Helpful Skills and Experience:
1-3 years Sales experience preferred; Training provided. Preferred CRM experience or enthusiasm to learn. Compelling and strong communication skills. Ability to learn and execute our company’s Sales Process. Proficiency and/or quick understanding of presentation software. Ability and willingness to travel for training and in-home appointments. Capability in achieving sales goals and maintaining a “Blue-Chip” mindset. Experience in negotiating pricing and financing. Love of a fast-moving environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Satisfaction in helping others. Able to take initiative and confidently direct homeowner interactions. Customer Service, Support, and Success experience preferred. Comfortability in an in-home appointment setting.
