DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective The Blitz Sales Specialist champions Climbing Kites by driving sales, expanding distribution, and building strong relationships across retail, wholesale, and consumer channels. This fast-paced role focuses on accelerating growth in a short timeframe through displays, promotions, and direct engagement—laying the foundation for long-term success. Frequent travel is required to connect with distributors, retailers, and consumers and represent the brand responsibly and effectively. Essential Functions Sales & Relationships Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including both On and Off Premise retail accounts. Partner effectively with distributor teams across multiple markets to drive execution. Increase sales through regular visits, understanding retailer needs, and providing tailored product recommendations. Educate consumers on the Climbing Kites THC beverage portfolio, including product attributes, pricing, and promotions. Product Promotion & Brand Visibility Engage with consumers by educating them about the category and inspiring lasting loyalty to our brands. Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to plan and execute sales campaigns, tastings, and events. Ensure impactful in-store and on-premise brand presence:
On Premise :
Maximize visibility and draft presence while dominating the decision corridor.
Off Premise :
Secure shelf space, multiple displays, and strategically placed POS materials to capture consumer attention. Lead Generation & Customer Management Proactively generate leads through territory canvassing and follow-ups. Develop long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support. Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer engagements. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Additional duties may be assigned on an as needed basis. Qualifications Resides in the territory for which Blitz Sales Specialist is responsible. Possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory and on occasion outside of the assigned territory.. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Minimum of one year of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector, with a preference for experience with beverage wholesalers or suppliers. In-depth knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, and its retail consumers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace. Dynamic public speaking and presentation skills. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, along with proven success in sales roles, particularly direct or door-to-door, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment This position functions within a professional work environment. Work will primarily occur in a home office, in a vehicle, or out in the field. Regular visits to retail accounts, both on-premise and off-premise, will be necessary. Physical Demands Extended periods of sitting at a desk or workstation, typically for 6-8 hours a day. Prolonged exposure to computer screens. Extended periods of standing or sitting as it relates to events.
