Export Coordinator/Inside Sales Support (Part Time)

Duties Include:
- Placing purchase orders
- Preparing pricing quotations
- Communicating with shipping departments of manufacturing facilities
- Coordinating shipments with freight forwarders
- Tracking and documenting shipping status
- Communicating with customers both electronically and by telephone
- Coordinating the timely and accurate processing, issuing of shipping documents
- Ensure timely issuance and receipt of underlying carrier bills of lading
- Maintain regular contacts with service suppliers & customers Preferred Skills/Experience;
- Knowledge of international shipping
- Previous Experience in sales distribution
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, CRM programs
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be highly organized
- Written and oral communication skills are keys to this position.
- Advanced knowledge of world geography
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs
