Dixie Supply is committed to ensuring customers receive quality products promptly and are completely satisfied with our service. We are adding an In-Side Counter Sales Representative to our Theodore, AL team! The Inside salesperson plays a critical role in ensuring accurate orders while providing exceptional service to our customers. As the first point of contact with our customers, this position is crucial as Sales Representatives have opportunities each day to leave a final positive impression on our customers and their purchasing experience.

Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction). Must be 18 years of age. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Benefits:

$16 per hour starting wage – $16.50 after successful 90 days Medical Insurance Dental/ Vision FSA Health Savings 401k

Paid Vacation and Personal Days Paid Holidays Schedule:

Hourly/Full-time scheduled – 50+ hours per week Monday through Friday, and ½ day on Saturday Hours may vary based on the needs of the Theodore Location.
