Fit Recruiting seeks a motivated, driven, and detail-orientedInside Sales Representative to join an established growing companyin Mobile, Alabama. This position is key in providing outstandingcustomer service, managing sales orders, and supporting our outsidesales efforts. Duties andResponsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,and in person Process customer orders, quotes, and returnsefficiently and accurately Provide product recommendations andtechnical support to customers Maintain and build relationshipswith current customers to encourage repeat business Support theoutside sales team with pricing, availability, and order logisticsTrack inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensurestock availability Stay current on product knowledge, industrytrends, and customer needs Handle customer issues or complaintsprofessionally and promptly
