SELF-MOTIVATED PEOPLE PERSON THAT HAS OUTSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS, MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED. COMMERCIAL TIRE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IS PREFERED BUT NOT REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE COLD CALLS TO GET NEW BUSINESS, AS WELL AS CALL ON EXISTING CUSTOMERS, MAKING SURE THAT THEY ARE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES THAT WE PROVIDE.

MOBILE AL SALESPERSON RESPONSIBILITIES

1.

COLD CALL NEW CUSTOMERS WITH DOCUMENTATION 25 MINIMUM PER WEEK WITH A FOLLOW UP EMAIL, THE NEXT DAY THANKING THEM FOR THEIR TIME ON MONTHLY ROTATION. MINIMUM 100 NEW POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SEEN MONTHLY 2. UTILIZE EMAIL AND PHONE TO REACH OUT TO 50 POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS PER WEEK WITH DOCUMENTATION MINIMUM OF 200 NEW POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS CONTACTED MONTHLY. 3. PHYSICALLY SEE EVERY ONE OF OUR EXISTING CLIENTS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH WITH DOCUMENTATION 4. PHONE AND EMAIL EXISTING CUSTOMERS AT LEAST 2 TIMES A MONTH WITH DOCUMENTATION 5. CALL ALL SERVICE CALLS INTO DISPATCH 6. STAY OUT OF TECH AND DISPATCH SCHEDULING UNLESS ASKED FOR HELP BY SERVICE MANAGER OR GENERAL MANAGER 7. ESTIMATE ALL JOBS THAT CUSTOMERS NEED WITH AN ESTIMATE THAT IS IN QUICKBOOKS 8. FOLLOW UP ON ALL CLIENTS THAT REQUIRE PO’S BUT HAVEN’T PROVIDED THE PO’S OBTAIN THEM AND GET THEM TO THE ADMINISTRATION DEPT SO THEY CAN ENTER PO ON INVOICE AND SUBMIT INVOICE TO CUSTOMERS A/P DEPT 9. FOLLOW UP ON ALL PAST DUE INVOICES A. REQUEST PAYMENT AND UPDATE ACCOUNTING ON CONTACT MADE AND STATUS OF PAYMENTS B. ANY INVOICE THAT GOES OVER 90 DAYS WILL RESULT IN COMMISSIONS BEING FORFEITED AND CHARGED BACK ON THE NEXT COMMISSION CHECK 10. NO TEXTING OR USE OF THE PHONE WHILE THE TRUCK IS IN MOTION ONLY EXCEPTION IS HANDS FREE DEVICES 11. UTILIZE CONSTANT CONTACT AND ENTER ALL NEW CUSTOMERS AND OR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS INTO EXCEL SPREAD SHEET.
