Own the Hustle

• Knock doors, find qualified leads, and book appointments. Represent iHail Like a Pro
• Look sharp, speak with confidence, and leave an impression. Track & Log Everything
• Stay organized and dominate the follow-up game . Convert Leads into $$$
• Set appointments, build trust, and close deals . Stay Locked in & Level Up
• Get daily coaching, weekly one-on-ones , and mentorship from people who actually care about your success .

Straight commission, paid weekly 7

• 12% commission per lead turned approved repair order 3% commission per appointment set
