Job Description
Cypress Employment has a client in Downtown Mobile, AL looking for a Part Time Sales Admin.
Pay:
$15.00 – $23.00 per hour based on skill and previous experience
Schedule:
Monday to Friday – 3-4 hours each day
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of international shippingPrevious Experience in sales distributionKnowledge of Excel, Word, CRM programsAttention to detailAbility to be highly organizedWritten and oral communication skills are keys to this position.
Bilingual preferredMust be able to lift 40 lbs
Duties:
Placing purchase ordersPreparing pricing quotationsCommunicating with shipping departments of manufacturing facilitiesCoordinating shipments with freight forwardersTracking and documenting shipping statusCommunicating with customers both electronically and by telephoneCoordinating the timely and accurate processing, issuing of shippingdocumentsEnsure timely issuance and receipt of underlying carrier bills of ladingMaintain regular contacts with service suppliers and customers
