What You’ll Do:

Drive Sales Growth:

Implement effective sales strategies toexpand our business with new and existing customers.

Deliver Top-Notch Service:

Provide essential services atcustomer facilities, including parts washing units and waste drumpickup, using our state-of-the-art equipment.

Ensure Safety and Efficiency:

Adhere to all safety guidelines,inspect your vehicle and equipment, and align work orders tominimize travel time.

Cultivate Relationships:

Develop and maintain strongrelationships with customers, pursue additional services, andgenerate new business opportunities.

Achieve Goals:

Meet sales quotas and contribute to overallrevenue growth.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Communicator:

Excellent communication skills with a keenattention to detail.

Customer-Focused:

Ability to engage effectively with customersand colleagues.

Tech-Savvy:

Proficient in operating various equipment,including electronic devices and truck gear.

Experienced:

Route sales experience is a plus, but notrequired.

Certified:

High School diploma or equivalent, with a Class BCDL, Med Card, Airbrake, and HAZMAT certifications.

PhysicalRequirements:

Lift materials weighing up to 80lbs regularly. Handle and maneuver drums of waste/product, sometimes exceeding400lbs. Complete a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

WorkEnvironment:

Diverse work settings with varying noise levels. Frequent physical activity including bending, lifting, andclimbing.

The averageannual earning potential for this position is $50,000 – $75,000,and includes benefits such as the following: Health, Dental and Vision insurance Wellness Program Flexible Spending Accounts Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Tuition Reimbursement The compensation for this role iscomprised of a weekly base salary plus uncapped commission. Actualtotal earnings will vary based on performance and location and mayfall outside of the range shown.
