Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Home Improvement Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves generating new business, consulting with homeowners, and closing sales for home improvement products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of home improvement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential customers through prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts. Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend suitable home improvement solutions. Present and demonstrate products and services, highlighting key benefits and value. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new home improvement technologies. Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in home improvement sales, construction, or a related field. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to conduct in-home sales presentations confidently. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in selling windows, roofing, flooring, kitchen remodels, or similar home improvement products. Background in construction, home remodeling, or design.
