Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, providing technical product knowledge, and supporting outside sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right solutions while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person Process quotes, sales orders, and returns accurately and efficiently Provide product recommendations, with a focus on bearings and power transmission components Support the outside sales team with account management and follow-ups Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in industrial sales or inside sales Familiarity with power transmission , bearings , or related industrial components Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with good organizational habits Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment What’s in it for
