We’re looking for a Home Buying Specialist (aka AcquisitionsManager) who can get on the phone, build rapport fast, and closedeals that help real people. If you love sales, thrive underpressure, and are ready to make $150K+ a year, we want to hear fromyou.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us aboutselling
- Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers
- Following up with leads consistently (this is key!)
- Running basic property evaluations using our tools andtraining
- Working in our CRM and communicating with our team dail
Qualifications:
- Applicant must have strong customer service, communication,interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
- A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for thisrole
