Duties include reviewing of specifications, verifying model codes per specs, quoting, ordering, expediting, and communicating with the customer and sales force. Primary Responsibilities Review all types of applications that consist of but not limited to sizing valves, choosing instruments, sizing gamma, sizing flowmeters and creating electrical & PID drawings for various types of field instrument panels. Review specifications and provide model codes for products. Create accurate and timely quotes for our customers. Expedite orders. Communicate with the customer, outside salespeople, manufacturers, and the General Manger. Understand commercial issues and terms. Improve product and technical knowledge. Desired Skills and Abilities High attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong consultative, negotiation, and customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and our clientele. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Occasional travel may be required. Education and Experience Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, engineering technology, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in quoting, estimating, or sales support is preferred, ideally within an industrial or service-based environment.
