Position Overview As a Smart Home Consultant, you will be a sales solutions expertand a brand ambassador for ADT’s 6 million customers. As the keypoint of contact for home automation clients, you will answerinquiries, provide technical advice, and demonstrate how to use newproducts and services. Additionally, in this role, you will installand activate security and Smart Home products while upsellingsolutions that best meet the needs of ADT’s residentialcustomers. A day in the life of a Smart Home Consultant looks like this: Build relationships between new customers and the ADT brand andproduct portfolio Complete in-home consultation and assessment Perform installation and activation of equipment – includinghome security camera, security hardware, and IoT and smart homedevices Complete customer onboarding and education of key products andservices
