We’re currently looking for a sharp, outgoing, and organized individual to be the face of our office and help grow our client base.

Position Summary:

As the Client Relations & Sales Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls while also taking charge of outbound sales efforts. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily office operations and directly contributing to business growth by generating leads and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner Manage front desk duties: answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling appointments Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and leads Follow up on inquiries, quote services, and convert warm leads into clients Maintain client records and track interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets Assist with organizing company documents, promotional materials, and light office duties Support leadership with special tasks or client relations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus Organized and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Comfortable using computers, email, and phone systems Professional appearance and reliable work ethic Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (Some flexibility may be required)
