You will oversee and manage all sales activities in a designated market area, functioning as the key account manager responsible for that territory. Your Role:

Manage all sales-related activities within your assigned market area as the Account Manager. Conduct in-home sales presentations and provide tailored roofing solutions. Establish contact with customers, understand their needs, and present customized options. Close sales on the first visit using our proven sales process. Grow your market through warm leads, referrals, and follow-ups. Track and report all sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven track record in outside sales

• experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement is a plus. Confident closer
• Capable of handling objections and finalizing sales on the first appointment. Competitive & goal-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to build trust and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Local travel required
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within your territory.
