Your Role:

Conduct in-home sales presentations and offer expert roofing solutions to homeowners. Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored recommendations that solve their problems. Close the sale on the first visit using our proven one-call-close process. Follow up on warm leads and referrals to maximize sales potential. Record all sales activities in our CRM system to ensure smooth communication and tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience

• If you have experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement, that’s a plus! Confident closer
• You can overcome objections and seal the deal on the first visit. Goal-oriented & competitive
• Thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. People skills
• Build trust quickly and communicate effectively with potential clients. Transportation & ability to travel
• Local travel required.
