Job Description:
Customer Support and Solutions Specialist will be requested to improve the dealership position in the marketplace through increased profitable sales in the area of Parts, Service and Rental. Establish new accounts for The Lilly Company in Parts, Service and Rental; Increase purchases and profitability from existing customers; Provide feedback to the service, parts or rental departments on any new developments or customer concerns in the marketplace; Resolve customer concerns with the assistance of the branch or service manager; Project a clean, neat, professional public image at all times; Sell and promote the dealership; Sell Planned Maintenance Programs (PMs); Support the service department by quoting and selling shop and field repairs;

Application Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years direct business to business contract sales experience.
Experience in the material handling or warehousing industry or automotive aftermarket is a plus.
This is a hunter/ gatherer position.
