Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Birmingham market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses meet their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and close new business with local companies needing staffing support Build and maintain relationships with current clients Conduct in-person client visits, cold calls, and community networking Identify staffing needs and tailor custom workforce solutions Collaborate with branch staff to ensure excellent service delivery Track activity and report progress using CRM and company tools

Qualifications:

1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or staffing Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player
