Plaintiff Cash Funding:

We provide upfront financial support to individuals injured in accidents, helping them stay afloat while their legal case progresses. Medical Provider Funding on

Lien:

We partner with a wide network of doctors, surgery centers, and hospitals to ensure personal injury victims receive necessary medical care on lien. We also fund surgery center and hospital fees and help coordinate medical treatment. We’re proud to be a trusted partner for law firms and personal injury attorneys across the country. What You’ll Do As an Outside Sales | Account Manager , you’ll play a key role in growing our network and revenue. You’ll be the face of our company to personal injury law firms, helping them understand how our services benefit both their practice and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed sales targets Develop and maintain relationships with personal injury law firms Schedule and attend meetings, lunches, and networking events with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers Represent the company at legal trade shows and networking events Conduct inside sales outreach using our CRM (Salesforce) Maintain accurate records of leads and client activity Present and explain our services in a clear, compelling way Coordinate with legal teams to ensure required documents are collected and returned promptly

What We’re Looking For Qualifications:

2+ years of inside or outside sales experience Proven ability to build strong client relationships and exceed goals Experience developing sales strategies and using performance metrics Proficiency with MS Office; Salesforce experience is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High energy, motivated, and reliable with a team-first attitude Comfortable networking in both formal and social settings Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer Base Salary:

$60,000•$70,000 (commensurate with experience)

Potential to earn an additional $15,000•$55,000 annually
