Role:

RangeWay Carriers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time salaried position focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, generating business opportunities, and supporting overall growth — all from within our internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers to understand their freight needs and offer tailored solutions Build strong, lasting relationships through phone, email, and CRM outreach Coordinate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience from quote to delivery Maintain accurate records of customer communications, pricing, and account activity Support the sales team by identifying potential growth opportunities and gaps in service

Qualifications:

1+ year(s) of experience in inside sales, customer service, or logistics preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone and email) Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with a team Experience with CRM systems is a plus (McLeod Software) Why Work with
